DMCU800 – Programmable Controller
The DMCU800 controller accepts a range of inputs including 4-20mA and thermocouples. Values are displayed on its clear LED screen. It is fully configurable via the push button controls. Outputs are 4-20mA and 5 relays for control or alarms. A programmable look up table means it can be used on non-linear shaped tanks to give volumetric measurements. The controller is available in both panel mount and IP65 wall mount versions with options for 24Vdc or 110/220Vac supplies. Typical applications are for use with the Delta Mobrey series of 9700 pressure transmitters or the DMSP422 level transmitters.

The D45 Smart Level Transmitter is a probe most suited for measuring the level in pressurised tanks. It is compact yet robust, and is categorised as flameproof and intrinsically safe all with high accuracy. Equipped with a fully welded sensor which guarantees tightness for oil systems, even over long term use.
This probe can be used with a wide range of connections, making it versatile, and is easily configurable with the D-Software.
This digital product is part of a family of SMART transmitters, but this one is most beneficial where there is no external access to a tank.

DMCU900 Control Unit – Ultrasonic
The DMCU900 Series Universal Controller provides an interface between Delta Mobrey Ultrasonic Transmitters and operators or control systems.
All models have a large LCD display with push button menu driven programming. Options are available for data logging, with download facility. The DMCU900 provides an intrinsically safe power supply for I.S. transmitters. The wall mount model has a protective hinged lid with clear visibility of the display.
The DMCU900 series provides full functionality for configuration and diagnostics of any Delta Mobrey HART ultrasonic transmitter.
This product, when used in conjunction with Detla Mobrey Ultrasonic level transmitters, can be used to display the level or volume of linear or non-linear tanks, measure open flow for many weirs and flume designs as well as giving high or low alarms for storage tanks.

Analogue Level Probes – DSGE Series
The DSGE-25/16 Hydrostatic Level Probes are designed to measure liquid levels in tanks, deep wells or narrow piezometers. The probe measures liquid levels, based on a simple relationship between the height of the liquid column and the resulting hydrostatic pressure. The pressure measurement is carried out on the level of the separating diaphragm of the immersed probe and is related to atmospheric pressure through a capillary in the cable.
When lowered to the reference level, the probe may either hang freely on the cable or lie on the bottom of the tank. The cable with the capillary can be extended using a standard signal cable. For the cable connection a special DSG cable hanger is recommended.

The D32 Differential Pressure Transmitters is a cost effective solution for the measurement of differential pressure of gases, vapours and liquids. The active sensing element is a piezoresistive silicon sensor separated from the medium by a diaphragm and by a specially selected type of manometric liquid.
The process connection to mount directly on to a 3 or 5 valve manifold, and also available is several type of chemical seals to measure any type of process fluid and condition.

Available in a wide range of blind and compact construction for a wide range of industrial applications. The active sensing element is a piezoresistive silicon sensor separated from the medium by a diaphragm and by a specifically selected type of manometric liquid.
This series is suitable for use in corrosive atmospheres and is also resistant to chemical attack. The model D22 Pressure Transmitter is suitable for measuring pressures from 0 to 25 mbar up to 0 to 1000bar with maximum overpressure up to 1200bar.

Delta Mobrey’s 2HT Pressure Transmitter offers customers a compact HART communicating transmitter housed in a robust, all stainless steel enclosure.
The 2HT can be supplied with an option D-CAL digital display that not only provides users with a visible indication of the measured pressure but that also provides users with access to over 80% of the transmitters HART commands, therefore reducing the need for costly third party communicators. For applications where the ambient temperature can vary significantly, the 2HT can be supplied with an optional high accuracy calibration enabling the accuracy to be maintained within 0.1% for ambient temperatures ranging from -30°C to +70°C.
The model 2HT pressure transmitter is suitable for measuring pressures up to 1000bar with maximum working pressures up to 1500bar and has been designed to work in harsh and heavy duty applications, such as off-shore.
