The D31 SMART Differential Pressure Transmitters are suitable for measuring differential pressure of gases, vapours and liquids. The active sensing element is a piezoresistive silicon sensor separated from the medium by a diaphragm and by a specially selected type of manometric liquid. The special design of the active sensing element ensures that it is able to withstand pressure surges and overloads of up to 250/320/413 bar. The casing is made of cast aluminium alloy or 316 stainless steel with a IP66/IP67 rating. The design of the casing enables the use of a local display, rotation of the display by 90°, rotation of the casing by 0–355° relative to the sensor, and a choice of cable direction.
The D31 Differential Pressure Transmitter is suitable for measuring pressures from -100mbar to 70bar with maximum working pressures up to 413 bar.
Key Features
• Die cast weatherproof enclosure to IP66 (NEMA 4).
• Stainless steel mechanism.
• Internal tamperproof set point adjustment.
• Calibrated scale.
• Set point adjustment from -2.5mbar (-1 in H2O) up to 1.6 bar (20psi) dependent on model.
• ECAS Certified (Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme)
The D34 measures the differential pressure of gases. Typical applications include the measurement of blast pressure, chimney draughts or pressure/underpressure in furnace chambers. The transmitter can withstand overpressure up to 1 bar. The housing of the electronic circuit is IP66/67 rated.
The VM pressure switch offers a compact and cost effective solution for any application where reduced space and resistance to aggressive atmospheres is necessary. Performance is assured by utilising Delta Mobrey’s proven sensor technology in a new simple, one-piece enclosure.
Key Features
Wellhead control safety shutdown systems
Water or gas deluge fire protection systems
Fuel and lubrication systems, as found on gas turbines, compressors and other rotating machinery
Valve actuators
The range of models available for these cost effective switches include: general purpose applications, or those outdoor applications such as marine where the atmosphere may be more aggressive. The model VM Pressure Switch is suitable for setpoints between 0 and 700 bar with maximum working pressures up to 1000bar. (EAC certification is available on request).
This Vane Operated Flow Switch is designed to provide protection and control in ducted air systems with flammable atmospheres making it suitable for traditional industries such as Oil and Gas; Chemical, Petrochemical and Refining where it works best in temperatures ranging from 0 -60C.
