Complete range of diaphragm seals for application on all our pressure and differential pressure instruments.
Initially launched in the mid-1990s, the Compact Series of pressure switches has continuously been providing users with a compact, robust and hermetically sealed switch for use in Safe and Hazardous Areas. This pressure switch comes with flying leads or junction box fixings.
Compact switch range designed for installing in tight spaces such as those found in panel applications. (EAC certification is available on request).
Key Features
The Delta Mobrey Industrial Series was initially created in the mid 1990’s. Since that time the range has undergone product developments to ensure we continue to provide industries with a range of instrumentation dedicated to providing fundamental intelligence within their environment. This range uses diaphragm based sensors and an in-line force balance mechanism to transfer movement from the sensor to the microswitch. All versions of the Industrial Pressure Switch models, S20, S21, and S24, are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, especially alarm style applications.
The S20 Pressure Switch is suitable for setpoints between -1bar and 100 bar with maximum working pressures up to 155 bar. Available in models S21, S22 and S24 (EAC certification is available on request).
Key Features
The 230 model of the Performance Series pressure switches utilises bourdon tube type sensors that offer a very linear response to pressure change. This sensor, coupled with a precision stainless steel mechanism designed to minimise friction in the moving parts, helps deliver the market leading performance customers have come to expect from the series. The model 230 Pressure Switch is suitable for setpoints between 0bar and 600bar with maximum working pressures up to 690bar. (EAC certification is available on request).
This range of products was initially created over 50 years ago. Continual product improvements and design updates ensures that this range of products provides a consistent level of measurement and control, giving customers, in industries which may be susceptible to corrosive atmospheres, confidence that the measurement is accurate.
Key Features
The Performance Series differential pressure switches utilise a stainless steel diaphragm based sensor. This, when coupled with a precision stainless steel mechanism designed to minimise friction in the moving parts, helps deliver the market leading performance customers have come to expect from the series. The model 301 Differential Pressure Switch is suitable for setpoints between -12.5mbar and 15bar with maximum working pressures up to 110bar. Also available in models 303, 304 and 381 (EAC certification is available on request).
