A number of Delta-Mobrey customers have expressed some understandable concerns due to the latest events and news surrounding Coronavirus. We can reassure them, that we are working closely with our customers and our staff to maintain business activity at as normal level as possible.
At Delta-Mobrey, the welfare of our customers and staff are of the most importance, and so is our service. Therefore, regardless of the uncertainty that we’re now all dealing with, we continue to work ‘more together’ and manufacture & fulfill as many customer orders as we can.
Delta-Mobrey has a number of digital tools, which have been activated where needed as part of contingency planning, in order to meet the current challenges.
We continue to hire the right talent where required, as it is critical for the growth of our business.
We’ve also enabled our own office staff to work from home to ensure we continue the high levels of service and attention our customers would expect from us. They remain available through email, landline, mobile and video to assist our customers.
We are and will continue to strictly follow local government advice taking every precaution to ensure that the health and safety of our staff and our customers are paramount.
