Technical datasheet
This Vane Operated Flow Switch is designed to provide protection and control in ducted air systems with flammable atmospheres making it suitable for traditional industries such as Oil& Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical and Refining where it works best in temperatures ranging from 0 -60C.
Key Features
• Air Flow.
• 2.5 to 12.5 m/sec.
• 500 to 2500 ft/min
• ATEX and IECEx.
The 700 Performance Series switch has a flexible thermal system and is suitable for setpoints between -50°C and 300°C with maximum working temperatures up to 310°C. it is ATEX and IECEx accredited with environment and hermetically sealed options available. All of which can work in traditional process instrumentation industries. This has been part of our product portfolio for many years, the initial product was originally developed in the mid 1970’s, this mature product has undergone several enhancements to ensure it continues to give the level of reliability required today. Available in models 721/2/3, 731/2/3/4, 771/2/3/4 & 781 (EAC certification is available on request).
Key Features
Initially launched in the mid-1990s, the Compact Series of pressure switches has continuously been providing users with a compact, robust and hermetically sealed switch for use in Safe and Hazardous Areas. This pressure switch comes with flying leads or junction box fixings.
Compact switch range designed for installing in tight spaces such as those found in panel applications. (EAC certification is available on request).
Key Features
The D31 SMART Differential Pressure Transmitters are suitable for measuring differential pressure of gases, vapours and liquids. The active sensing element is a piezoresistive silicon sensor separated from the medium by a diaphragm and by a specially selected type of manometric liquid. The special design of the active sensing element ensures that it is able to withstand pressure surges and overloads of up to 250/320/413 bar. The casing is made of cast aluminium alloy or 316 stainless steel with degree of protection IP66/IP67. The design of the casing enables the use of a local display, rotation of the display by 90°, rotation of the casing by 0–355° relative to the sensor, and a choice of cable direction.
The D31 Differential Pressure Transmitter is suitable for measuring pressures from -100mbar to 70bar with maximum working pressures up to 413 bar.
Key Features
• Die cast weatherproof enclosure to IP66 (NEMA 4).
• Stainless steel mechanism.
• Internal tamperproof set point adjustment.
• Calibrated scale.
• Set point adjustment from -2.5mbar (-1 in H2O) up to 1.6 bar (20psi) dependent on model.
