The D72 Temperature Transmitters are capable of converting resistance of temperature or voltage of thermocouple sensor to standard current signal 4-20mA. The transmitter has two separate channels enabling measurement of temperature difference, average, average with redundancy, and max. or min. temperature.

 

Transmitter has compensation of ambient temperature influences and compensation of thermocouple cold junction using internal/external (Pt100) sensor or constant temperature. Most of parameters such as: sensor type, measuring range, current alarm signal when electric circuit is broken, output characteristic correction, user characteristic (60 points) are programmed using PC with Hart/USB/Bluetooth converter and Delta Mobrey’s D-Soft configuration software or DKAP-03 communicator. On request Delta Mobrey can set temperature transmitter parameters such as measuring range, type of sensor.

 

D72 transmitters are designed for field use with standard aluminum or stainless steel case. They can be used with temperature sensors mounted directly on transmitter’s casing or with sensors remotely connected with cable.

The probe measures liquid levels, based on a simple relationship between the height of the liquid column and the resulting hydrostatic pressure. The pressure measurement is carried out on the level of the separating diaphragm of the immersed probe and is related to atmospheric pressure through a capillary in the cable.

When lowered to the reference level, the probe may either hang freely on the cable or lie on the bottom of the tank. The cable with the capillary can be extended using a standard signal cable. For the cable connection a special DSG cable hanger is recommended.

The active sensing element is a piezoresistive silicon sensor separated from the medium by a diaphragm and by a specifically selected type of manometric liquid. The casing is made of cast aluminium alloy or 316 stainless steel with  IP66/67 protection. The design of the casing enables the rotation of the casing by 0-355° relative to the sensor, and a choice of cable direction. The model D33 Differential Pressure Transmitter is suitable for measuring pressures from -100mbar to 70bar with maximum working pressures up to 420bar.

The D33 Differential Pressure Transmitters is a low cost solution for the measurement of differential pressure of gases, vapours and liquids with SMART “HART” type transmitter technology. The active sensing element is a piezoresistive silicon sensor separated from the medium by a diaphragm and by a specially selected type of manometric liquid.

From the simple flying leads electric connection to standardized connector IP65/IP67 or even an all St.St. enclosure with internal terminal board, to cover almost all the application.

Threaded with rear or flush diaphragm process connection and several type of chemical seal are available, to measure any type of process fluid and condition.

ATEX certified for use with Gas in Zone 0/1 and Zone 20 for Dust. Hazardous Areas and available with 316L, Hastelloy C 276 or Gold wetted parts materials.

The D-Series can also be supplied with Delta’s user-friendly ‘D-Soft’ remote communication software.  Using the HART communication protocol, this software provides users with a convenient way to calibrate, configure and monitor the instrument by connecting it to a PC via Delta’s USB/Bluetooth to HART converter.

D-Soft features include:

  • Identification of individual transmitter
  • Configuration of output parameters
  • Readings of currently measures values
  • Enforcement of output current with a given value
  • Transmitter calibration
