D45 SMART Level Transmitter – D Series

The D45 Smart Level Transmitter is a probe most suited for measuring the level in pressurised tanks. It is compact yet robust, and is categorised as flameproof and intrinsically safe all with high accuracy. Equipped with a fully welded sensor which guarantees tightness for oil systems, even over long term use.

This probe can be used with a wide range of connections, making it versatile, and is easily configurable with the D-Software.

This digital product is part of a family of SMART transmitters, but this one is most beneficial where there is no external access to a tank.

D72 Smart HART Temperature Transmitter – D-Series

The D72 Temperature Transmitters are capable of converting resistance of temperature or voltage of thermocouple sensor to standard current signal 4-20mA. The transmitter has two separate channels enabling measurement of temperature difference, average, average with redundancy, and max. or min. temperature.

Transmitter has compensation of ambient temperature influences and compensation of thermocouple cold junction using internal/external (Pt100) sensor or constant temperature. Most of parameters such as: sensor type, measuring range, current alarm signal when electric circuit is broken, output characteristic correction, user characteristic (60 points) are programmed using PC with Hart/USB/Bluetooth converter and Delta Mobrey’s D-Soft configuration software or DKAP-03 communicator. On request Delta Mobrey can set temperature transmitter parameters such as measuring range, type of sensor.

D72 transmitters are designed for field use with standard aluminum or stainless steel case. They can be used with temperature sensors mounted directly on transmitter’s casing or with sensors remotely connected with cable.

The D22 Pressure Transmitters is a low cost solution for the measurement of pressure, underpressure, and absolute pressure of gases, vapours and liquids. Available in a wide range of blind and compact construction for a wide range of industrial application. 2HT SMART HART Pressure Transmitter

Delta Mobrey's 2HT Pressure Transmitter offers customers a compact HART transmitter housed in a robust, all stainless steel enclosure.

The 2HT can be supplied with an optional D-CAL digital display that not only provides users with a visible indication of the measured pressure but that also provides users with access to over 80% of the transmitters HART commands, therefore reducing the need for costly third party communicators. For applications where the ambient temperature can vary significantly, the 2HT can be supplied with an optional high accuracy calibration enabling the accuracy to be maintained within 0.1% for ambient temperatures ranging from -30°C to +70°C.

The model 2HT pressure transmitter is suitable for measuring pressures up to 1000bar with maximum working pressures up to 1500bar and has been designed to work in harsh and heavy duty applications, such as off-shore.

The D21 SMART Pressure Transmitters are suitable for measurement of pressure, underpressure, and absolute pressure of gases, vapours and liquids. The active sensing element is a piezoresistive silicon sensor separated from the medium by a diaphragm and by a specifically selected type of manometric liquid. The casing is made of cast aluminium alloy or 316 stainless steel with degree of protection IP66/67. The design of the casing enables the use of a local display, rotation of the display by 90° and a choice of cable direction.

ATEX certified for use in Zone 0/20 and Zone 1/21 Hazardous Areas and available with 316L, Hastelloy C 276 or Gold wetted parts materials, the D21 SMART Pressure Transmitters are suitable for use in a wide range of applications.

The D31 SMART Differential Pressure Transmitters are suitable for measuring differential pressure of gases, vapours and liquids. The active sensing element is a piezoresistive silicon sensor separated from the medium by a diaphragm and by a specially selected type of manometric liquid. The special design of the active sensing element ensures that it is able to withstand pressure surges and overloads of up to 250/320/413 bar. The casing is made of cast aluminium alloy or 316 stainless steel with degree of protection IP66/IP67. The design of the casing enables the use of a local display, rotation of the display by 90°, rotation of the casing by 0–355° relative to the sensor, and a choice of cable direction.
