Did you know the Delta Mobrey on-site services team can work with your own teams to service all instruments utilised in and around the boiler house?
William Peden is the day-to-day Team Leader for the on-site services team, and has spent 15 years in the valve and instrumentation business. Having previously managed a team of UK-wide on-site engineers, William has recently joined Delta Mobrey to continue the ongoing management, training, and development of the existing Delta Mobrey team. Calibration of all instrumentation is important to him; William intrinsically understands the benefits, not just for the equipment, but also for the end customer.
When asked about what he considers as one of the most important aspects to this role, William replied:
“Communication, this type of work means the engineers are often working on their own, they represent the company, but can feel a little isolated on occasion. As the day-to-day Services Lead I think it is important for the team to have dialogue with one another, share experiences and some problems. Sharing knowledge and developing team camaraderie is key to making people feel really involved and helps to gain expertise within new situations.”
