Some industrial environments are known for their harsh conditions. In the petrochemicals sector, for example, process liquids can be extremely corrosive, damaging standard liquid measuring equipment. Likewise in other sectors such as water treatment, sampling ports designed to test fluid safety can be prone to plugging, causing difficulties during analysis.
This is where the Bubble Type Level Measurement System comes in. It is designed not just to handle highly corrosive fluids but also benefits users with a low-cost installation, providing long-term savings during its lifetime operation.
Bubble level measurement system – how it works
Products for integration with the bubble level measurement system
Our D Series pressure transmitters can be easily integrated into the Bubble Level System to ensure an accurate reading. If you need to measure liquid in an open atmosphere tank we would recommend the D21 Pressure Transmitter. For a pressurised tank, we suggest the D31 Differential Pressure Transmitter. Both benefit from an easy set-up and can be configured either using a standard HART communicator or alternatively using Delta Mobrey’s D-Soft communication software. Both feature an accuracy of 0.075% as standard, though depending on your application we can provide even greater accuracy.
In addition to the D21 & D31 transmitters, we can also provide other Bubble Level System components or even the whole system itself. Click here to download this article and our Bubble Type Level Measurement System datasheet.
