We have been looking at reducing the complexity of the product housing and have managed to repackage in a simple one-piece enclosure. This makes the instrument particularly fitted to the needs of OEMs, offering identical form and configuration of the instrument in all versions, reducing the cost of engineering installation. This reduced 70% of components we use compared to a standard switch making the instrument extremely easy to install, use and maintain.

This also means that we have reduced the carbon footprint on this range, which helps us to maintain our green credentials. We are all looking to be more green efficient and the launch of this product is helping us maintain our commitment.

The Product Manager leading these changes, Azhar Khan said, “When redesigning the new product range, we wanted to simplify the entire process, that included the manufacture and the practical usage for the end customers.  Reducing our carbon footprint, where we can, is imperative in this day and age, so that was a big consideration for us.
