Part of our ongoing digital makeover strategy, our ecommerce channel has been designed to respond to customers’ needs for a speedy and proactive buying process.
With 24/7 access and rapid response rates, the new platform has the potential to save hundreds of engineering hours yearly. It is expected to appeal equally to engineers, purchasing managers, and engineering support.
Not only will the platform enable users to access our world-leading products instantly and solve their problems faster, it has a raft of attributes to enhance the customer buying experience.
These include the facility to create requisition lists, generate quotes, and automatically populate purchase orders. Other features allow users to view order status, order history, quotes, and purchase order history.
Initially, a limited number of products will be immediately available for online purchase, with the intention to roll out new products on a continuous basis.
